Over the years I have taught many workshops on my unique and special way of firing raku. If this is something you may be interested in please let me know. I do from one up to four person personal workshops at my studio in Dover, FL.. The cost will be $75.00 for one day plus $10.00 per piece you bring to raku up to 10" and $2.00 per inch over 10". It is $60.00 a day for a two day workshop plus $10.00 per piece you bring to raku up to 10" and $2.00 per inch over 10". You will be expected to pull most of your work. An extra charge will be applied if I pull your pieces. If you would like to buy one of my pieces to raku I will bisque it and have it ready to glaze when you arrive. The cost will be 30% of the Internet price or $15.00, which ever is higher. You can ship your bisque ware to me in advance and I will ship it home to you after the workshop. This may be something to incorporate in your Florida vacation. Dover is located 15 miles east of Tampa and 65 miles west of Disney World, just off I-4.
At the bottom of this page you can put up a deposit for a workshop. Deposit is refundable if canceled 72 hours in advance.
